During your appointment, you may also provide us with further information that includes existing medical records, clinical records, habits, treatment plans, and other corresponding related to the healthcare professionals.

We store both physical and electronic records. Your confidential information is only seen by your veterinarian. Each member of our community is trained to follow our policies and conditions to keep your information confidential. When no longer required, it will be safely destroyed.
